ONLINE TICKET SALES

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these ‘Online Ticket Sales' and 'Terms & Conditions’ as noted herein form the basis of any contract between Wheels Up North Ltd and you.

Prices are inclusive and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Wheels Up North Ltd does not refund tickets under any circumstances unless otherwise agreed.

Once purchased, online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold. Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person. Please bring along your ticket on the day of the event. We reserve the right not to admit entry for any attendee who fails to bring their ticket to the gate and who’s purchase cannot be verified. We also reserve the right to refuse entry where the electronic verification (QR Code) shows that the ticket has been duplicated and previously used for admittance. Prices are correct at the time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

Tickets are emailed to you at the email address provided by you and you will receive your electronic ticket normally within a few minutes of purchase. At a time and date determined by Wheels Up North Ltd, online tickets will no longer be available and tickets will only be available on the gate. Should you have any concerns or if you do not receive your ticket(s) please contact events@wheelsupnorthweekender.co.uk.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Clients, (which term shall include ticket buyers, visitors, traders, contractors, volunteers et al), shall be bound by the conditions, rules and regulations set forth in this agreement. Wheels Up North Ltd (Organiser) has full power to interpret or amend these rules, providing that such amendments and additions do not diminish the rights reserved for the client under this contract.

Attendance hours shall be controlled solely by the Organiser. Any admission shall be by ticket or pass only.

Wheels Up North Ltd and its Employees or Agents are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage by fire or injury of any nature to any person or article.

By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser accepts that there will be moving vehicles on site and that it is their responsibility to ensure that any children for which they are responsible are kept under their control.

In the case of a Force Majeure Event causing issues or halting performances such as entertainment, shows, displays or operations during the 19th of July - 20th of July 2025, Wheels Up North will not be held liable.

Wheels Up North Ltd and its Employees or Agents are not responsible for loss, damage or delay resulting from acts of war, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts, public health safety, government intervention or regulation, military activity or any other circumstances which shall make it impossible or inadvisable for The Organiser to hold the Event at the time and place provided, and the Organiser reserves the right to reschedule the event at another date and/or at an alternative site.

The Organiser, Sponsors, its Agents or Employees are not responsible for any loss due to cancellation, abandonment, postponement or curtailment in whole or in part of the Event for causes outside its control.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed according to UK law. In any dispute under this agreement, the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of any competent court within the UK.
