2026 SHOW VEHICLE APPLICATIONS

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

Submit your vehicle to be part of the show at the Wheels Up North Weekender 2026.

Please only submit one application per vehicle/driver.
If you have multiple vehicles, the second must be submitted under the details of the person driving it.

Only apply if you are certain you can attend.

If accepted, you must confirm your spot and pay the commitment fee - this secures your position and helps prevent no-shows. Passenger tickets and any extras (such as camping) must be purchased separately.

Show day is Sunday 19th July 2026. Camping and Saturday arrival optional via other ticket options.
Accepted vehicles will be given a fixed arrival window and must remain parked until the show ends. Trailered vehicles allowed - instructions will follow if accepted.

If you are not accepted, you are still welcome to attend as a general spectator.
