The Wheels Up North Weekender is our flagship event. Join us for our big 2024 show to celebrate our amazing, passionate community of automotive enthusiasts.

Please note: Saturday is camping and entertainment ONLY and Sunday is show day!

- Camping entry is from 10:30am on Saturday 20th July

- Access to show is from 10:30am on Sunday 21st July

- No camping is available on Friday or Sunday night

TICKETS

General Entrance Adult: £15

General Entrance Teen (13-17): £10

General Entrance Child (6-12): £5

General Entrance Infant (0-5): FREE

Camping - Tent (Per Person): £10

Camping - Caravan/Campervan (Inc 2 people): £25

Saturday entry (no camping): £10

PARKING (GENERAL & CAMPERS)

- Entry will be at 'Gate A'

- You will be directed into the correct parking area by marshalls. Parking is free (Info will be sent to you after purchasing a ticket)

HOUSE RULES

• Please clear all litter using the bins provided.
• Dogs are permitted but MUST be on leads, please clear up any mess!
• BBQ's and open fires are NOT PERMITTED.
• Please DO NOT touch any vehicle without direct permission from the owner (Including flyers). Any person or persons to be found on site to be flyering or advertising without authorisation by the Wheels Up North team will be asked to leave.
• Please drive around the showground carefully and slowly with hazard lights on when instructed to do so by a marshal.
• When in the show, vehicles must remain static and off. Please DO NOT rev your vehicles without first clearing this with a marshal (same rules apply for audio demonstrations).
• No donuts or burnouts.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Opening times: Camping gates open at 10:30am (20th July) Show day gates open at 10:30 (21st July).
• Limited tickets will be available on the gate, but this is subject to availability. We highly recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment. (Camping tickets are NOT available on the gate)
• Names and tickets will be scanned by marshals on entry.
• Vehicles will be directed to their parking spaces by marshals.
• Police will likely be in the area monitoring people leaving and entering the event.
• Tents and overnight camping is allowed but limited, please purchase your ticket separately to your general entrance ticket.
• Food trucks will be serving lovely food and hot drinks.
• Car/bike clubs must get in touch via the 'Get Involved' page on our website.
• Should the event be cancelled for any reason, tickets will be carried forward to the next event and we will let you know via email.
