Weekender 2024 Club Booking - Auto Anonymous

- There is a discounted charge of £13.50 per vehicle (includes 2 occupants).

- Banners and flags are allowed on the club stands.

- Your club will also get a mention in the event brochure.

- Camping pitch must be booked separately.

- All club members must arrive before 9am on Sunday 21st July.

- Please get in touch regarding gazebos on the stand.

IMPORTANT

All clubs must have their entries in before the 2nd May date to make sure we can get your branding in our brochure and have the area set up correctly.

- Saturday is evening entertainment can also be booked separately or included with camping pitch ticket.

PARKING

- Entry will be at 'Gate A'

- What 3 Words location of Gate A: revamping.finger.clutches

- You will be directed into the correct parking area by marshalls.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Names and tickets will be checked by marshals on entry against your pre-booking.
• Vehicles will be directed to their parking spaces by marshals.
• Please keep the noise of vehicles to a minimum.
• Police will likely be in the area monitoring people leaving and entering the event.
• Tents and overnight camping is allowed but limited, please purchase your ticket separately.
• Food trucks will be serving lovely food and hot drinks.
• Please queue respectfully while purchasing from the food traders.
• Picnics are permitted.
• Please clear all litter using the bins provided.
• Dogs are permitted but MUST be on leads, please clear up any mess!
• There will be toilets on site.
• Should the event be canceled for any reason, tickets will be carried forward to the next event and we will let you know via email.
