CLUB INFO AND APPLICATION
We would love to welcome your club to our flagship event in 2025.
All clubs will have their own display area in the club field. A minimum of 10 vehicles will be required per club so that we can set up the necessary club locations for you. Once you confirm 10 members, we will send you your custom ticket link.
- There is a discounted rate for all club vehicles once accepted.
- Banners and flags are allowed on the club stands.
- Your club will also get a mention in the event brochure.
IMPORTANT
All clubs must have their entries in before the May 2nd to make sure we can get your branding in our brochure and have the area set up correctly.
